De Audiolab Omnia is een CD-speler met geintegreerde versterker, DAC, hoofdtelefoonversterker en streamer in een apparaat. Voorzien van de herkenbare ontwerp kenmerken van Audiolab, met een fraai geborsteld aluminium chassis. De Audiolab Omnia heeft een vooruit leesbare digitale buffer om leesfouten te verminderen, waarmee zelfs bekraste CD's zijn af te spelen.
De Audiolab Omnia maakt gebruik van hoogwaardige voorversterkercircuits, gekoppeld aan RCA-ingangen op lijnniveau om analoge bronnen aan te sluiten. Een speciale MM-phono-ingang maakt het mogelijk een draaitafel rechtstreeks op de Audiolab Omnia aan te sluiten via een hoogwaardige en ruisarme phonotrap met zeer nauwkeurige RIAA-equalisatie. Voor het afspelen van audio via een netwerk is de Audiolab Omnia uitgerust met een ethernetpoort die zich leent voor bekabelde verbindingen met hoge resoluties. Voor toegang tot draadloze muziek biedt de Audiolab Omnia hoogwaardige Bluetooth-connectiviteit.
